We have been supporting this shift for over 25 years with our Shopper® bags, which are also specially designed for use on bicycles. Thanks to the specially developed Bike & Easy coupling system, the Shopper® can be attached and removed quickly and easily.

What once began in a family horse stable in Northern Germany has grown into a company recognized worldwide for timeless design and outstanding quality. True durability means lasting for many years. That is why the Shopper® products from Andersen Shopper Manufaktur have always been made from robust and long-lasting materials. Our versatile Shopper® models are designed to meet people’s needs—whether they live in the countryside, the city, the mountains, or by the sea.
Responsibility Starts with Development
Social and environmental considerations form the foundation of Andersen Shopper Manufaktur. Our goal is to create products that bring lasting satisfaction. For this reason, we focus on durability and premium quality right from the development stage. “Made in Germany” is not just a label for us, but a mindset. Each Shopper® is designed in Northern Germany, handcrafted, carefully inspected, and shipped directly to our customers. The entire value creation process has taken place in Satrup near Flensburg since 1958.
We also carefully select our partners, working only with certified suppliers who ensure fair working conditions and use non-toxic materials. In addition, our long-standing suppliers are highly efficient in their use of resources. Even the smallest pieces of fabric are turned into high-quality bags. This is already considered during the design phase. Fabrics are continuously reimagined and combined in new ways to ensure that no material goes to waste.
Repair instead of discard
We are convinced of the quality and durability of our Shopper®, which is why we offer our customers a 3-year guarantee. If something breaks or needs replacing over the warranty period, our spare parts service will help. A variety of free spare parts can be ordered directly from us. Chargeable spare parts such as bags or wheels can be obtained from our specialist dealers. This is good for the environment and your wallet.
The ecological benefit
If you use a Shopper®, you are protecting the environment. That much is certain, because doing without plastic bags or the car always has an ecological benefit. But the Shopper® from Andersen Shopper Manufaktur are not only suitable for use on public transport or on foot. Since the beginning of 2000, we have established an environmentally friendly understanding of mobility in our company. With the help of the specially developed Bike & Easy coupling system, our Shoppers® can be attached to bicycles and thus fulfil the increasing need of many people to do without a car in everyday life, at work or during leisure time. The special feature of the Bike & Easy system is that both the Shopper® and the bicycle can be used flexibly and independently of each other. The coupling system has been developed in such a way that the Shopper® can be detached from the bicycle in just a few steps.
