The Treppensteiger Scala Shopper® is a practical aid in everyday life. The Treppensteiger Scala Shopper® is made of sturdy and high-quality steel, but is still very light with a tare weight of 2.5 kg. The robust shopping trolley can be loaded with a total of 40 kg. This means that even larger purchases or heavier loads are no problem for the Treppensteiger Scala Shopper®. The bags are also easily removable on the Treppensteiger Scala Shopper® frame. The special feature, however, are the 3 x 13 cm diameter wheels. On stairs or curbs, the shopping trolley automatically switches to stair climber mode, making it easier to climb stairs. When the Treppensteiger Scala Shopper® is not in use, it can be easily stored thanks to the foldable handle and the removable bag.

For added security and stability, the bag closes with a drawstring beneath a rectangular lid that also fastens with Velcro fasteners. An inner pocket offers space for a phone, wallet and keys, while the side pocket is ideal for a magazine or small umbrella. The front zip pocket provides extra room for a notebook or book.
Water repellent and resistant to light dirt, the bag can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Reflective elements on the sides enhance visibility in the dark or during bad weather. When not in use, the Sofia bag detaches easily from the Shopper® frame via two Velcro straps and folds flat for convenient storage.
